Our Five Stage Recruitment Process

Review:
Human resources personnel reviews all applications identifying applicants who meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.

Screening:
At this stage Hiring Executives and HR personnel evaluate if applicants have the right skills and/or personality orientation for this role and verify information supplied on their resumes and applications

1st Interview:
The hiring team evaluates all parameters and interviewee characteristics to establish a general profile.

2nd Interview:
Selected candidates are re-interviewed to confirm suitability for the specific position.

Offer:
The successful candidate is invited for an open dialog and is offered an employment contract.

Our Company is the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of the patented FirePro, Condensed Aerosol Fire Extinguishing systems. We are a market leader with a worldwide distributors’ network and exports to more than 70 countries, having our Head Offices and Manufacturing Plant in Limassol. We are looking to recruit a confident, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team, as Assistant Production Manager for our Chemical Plant.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising the daily operations of the chemical plant and ensuring that production is cost-effective, timely, and within quality guidelines.
• Research and Development for chemical formulations, as well as technologies relating to the fire industry.
• Technical familiarisation and detailed assessment of our systems.
• Liaising with different departments to implement Company objectives and policies.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.


Qualifications & Competencies:

• University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. An MSc qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum three years’ industrial experience in a similar position.
• Demonstrate credibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, thorough, and proficient at multitasking.
• Flexible, resourceful and possess a thirst for continuous learning.
• Fluent in spoken and written Greek.
