Our worldwide distribution network consists of channel partners in more than 90 countries and operations across all five continents. Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking to recruit a competent, dynamic and self-motivated, Business Development Manager to join our international team of exceptional professionals for our business in Sweden & Denmark.
Summary:
As a regional Business Development Manager, you will identify, investigate and evaluate current and future business opportunities and alliances that can promote FirePro's sales and growth objectives. Your strong consultative relationships with key Individuals and organizations will be paramount to the Business Development activities in the Swedish & Danish markets. The position can be in any city in Sweden while you will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager of the Company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry out a market analysis relating to condensed aerosol technology and submit an annual business plan and sales targets.
• Work with channel partners to prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline and growth of the business.
• Initiate and complete proposals and presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
• Maintain an excellent client relationship with distributors, existing and potential clients.
• Attend relevant trade shows and industry conferences.
• Travel extensively to support distributors and facilitate new business.
• Provide technical training and support to distributors, consulting engineers and key accounts.
• Remain technically proficient in our technology, as well as ancillary technology and systems.
• Provide timely and methodical documentation of information, meetings and site visits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales in the Fire Suppression industry in Sweden & Denmark.
• Functional experience in strategic planning, marketing and business development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Swedish and Danish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Negotiation, Persuasion and Networking skills.
