Our Five Stage Recruitment Process

Review:
Human resources personnel reviews all applications identifying applicants who meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.

Screening:
At this stage Hiring Executives and HR personnel evaluate if applicants have the right skills and/or personality orientation for this role and verify information supplied on their resumes and applications

1st Interview:
The hiring team evaluates all parameters and interviewee characteristics to establish a general profile.

2nd Interview:
Selected candidates are re-interviewed to confirm suitability for the specific position.

Offer:
The successful candidate is invited for an open dialog and is offered an employment contract.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking to recruit a competent, dynamic and self-motivated, Business Development Manager to join our international team of exceptional professionals for our business in Indonesia.

Summary:

As a nationwide Business Development Manager, you will identify, investigate and evaluate current and future business opportunities and alliances that can promote FirePro's sales and growth objectives. Your strong consultative relationships with key Individuals and organizations will be paramount to the Business Development activities in the Indonesian market. The position will be based in Jakarta while you will be reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager of the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out a market analysis relating to condensed aerosol technology and submit an annual business plan and sales targets.
• Work with channel partners to prospect for potential new clients to ensure a robust pipeline and growth of the business.
• Initiate and complete proposals and presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
• Maintain an excellent client relationship with distributors, existing and potential clients.
• Attend relevant trade shows and industry conferences.
• Travel extensively to support distributors and facilitate new business.
• Provide technical training and support to distributors, consulting engineers and key accounts.
• Remain technically proficient in our technology, as well as ancillary technology and systems.
• Provide timely and methodical documentation of information, meetings and site visits.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales in the Fire Suppression industry in Indonesia.
• Functional experience in strategic planning, marketing and business development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Indonesian.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Negotiation, Persuasion and Networking skills.

We are seeking to recruit a professional, trustworthy, highly organised, IT Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, telecommunications equipment, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remotely)
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults
• Testing and implementing new programs
• Monitor and maintain backups of all Company data



Qualifications and skills required:

• University Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Active Directory, VMware and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of 3CX and Zoho CRM will be considered an advantage
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Technical and logical thought process
• The ability to work well in a team
• Problem-solving skills
• The ability to stick to strict deadlines and prioritise
• A keen eye for detail
