Human Resources ManagerElena holds a BSc in Chemistry and Biology, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior and Development from the George Washington University in Washington DC, USA. Drawing from her extensive HRM expertise, gained through roles at both international and local organizations, Elena joined FirePro in 2022, taking on the pivotal role of Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities primarily revolve around talent acquisition and the cultivation of a thriving organizational culture, emphasizing talent management.
