Elena Onisiforou

Elena holds a BSc in Chemistry and Biology, and MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior and Development, both from the George Washington University in Washington D.C., USA. She is a qualified ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 Lead Auditor and a Certified HRDA Trainer.

Her vast work experience includes working in the HRM Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC and at the Nicosia IMF Resident Representative Office as Office Manager for 18 years, and in Business Management Consulting, Employee Training, ISO Quality Management, across several industries and sectors. More recently, she held positions as HRM and Operations Manager for private organizations.

She joined FirePro in 2022 as the company’s Human Resources Manager aiming to share her passion in leading the HR functions of recruiting, employee training and development, and enforcing company policies and practices.
