Our Five Stage Recruitment Process

Review:

Human resources personnel reviews all applications identifying applicants who meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.

Screening:

At this stage Hiring Executives and HR personnel evaluate if applicants have the right skills and/or personality orientation for this role and verify information supplied on their resumes and applications.

1st Interview:

The hiring team evaluates all parameters and interviewee characteristics to establish a general profile.

2nd Interview:

Selected candidates are re-interviewed to confirm suitability for the specific position.

Offer:

The successful candidate is invited for an open dialog and is offered an employment contract.

IT Systems Engineer

To strengthen our team of talented and professional individuals, we are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to manage our company's IT infrastructure at our headquarters' offices at Agios Athanasios Industrial Area in Limassol.

Requirements

• BS/MS in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco certification.
• At least three years' experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, cloud experience. Working experience with SAP Business One and any certification will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Professional judgment and discretion acquired through experience in the field.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Develop solutions to problems and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage our company's computer infrastructure in accordance with Halma’s requirements.
• Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Monitor and maintain our networks and servers.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Document processes, as well as back up and archive data.
• Maintain and test data recovery and retrieval procedures.
• Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm.

To expand its production teams, FirePro is looking to hire workers for its manufacturing facilities (chemical and assembly plants) at its Headquarters location at the Agios Athanasios Industrial Area in Limassol.

Requirements

• Technical or high school graduate
• Previous work experience in production will be considered an advantage
• Clean employment and criminal record
• Mature and responsible personality with strong ability to learn
• Passion for work and eye for detail
• Fluent in Greek

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the production program and carrying any tasks communicated by the Production Supervisor
• Responsible for preparing and assembling of various components of FirePro products
• Carrying out tasks involved in the assembly such as labelling, packing, pressing, drilling etc.
• Monitoring the quality of the components and final unit during assembly and reporting any findings to the Production Supervisor
• Filling in quality control forms at various stages of production required by the quality management system ISO 9001
• Following strictly all safety procedures as assigned by the health & safety committee.
• Assisting in the training of new employees in the production line
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Working effectively as member of a large team

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7.30 am-4.00 pm
