Business Development Manager
(BD2017/012)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop new international markets and support existing accounts.
• Prepare and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Travel overseas regularly; up to 4 months in any one year.
• Conduct presentations and seminars to Industry Professionals.
• Train and support overseas distributors in order to maximise sales.
• Attend exhibitions worldwide and assist in their implementation.
• Technical familiarisation and detailed assessment of our systems.



Qualifications & Competencies:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 4 - 5 years of industrial experience in a similar position.
• Experience in an international and multicultural business environment.
• Mother tongue or impeccable knowledge of English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Client-focused with strong Relationship Management skills.
• Demonstrate credibility, integrity and professionalism.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Highly organized, thorough and proficient at multitasking.
• Flexible, resourceful and possess a thirst for continuous learning.

Regional Business Development Manager - Kazakhstan

We wish to recruit a confident, dynamic, self-motivated professional in Kazakhstan to join our global team of Business Development professionals.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify new distribution channels in designated regions.
  • Train and support overseas distributors in order to maximize sales.
  • Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.
  • Carry out regional market analyses and submit annual business plans and sales targets for the key markets of responsibility.
  • Cooperate with distributors to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Monitor distributors’ activities and assist in closing contracts to meet their targets.
  • Initiate proposals and presentations to capture business opportunities.
  • Identify and attend exhibitions in the region and assist in their implementation.
  • Travel extensively within geographical region of responsibility to support distributors and facilitate new business.
  • Submit progress reports to Senior Management.
  • Maintain an excellent client relationship with distributors.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. .
  • An MBA will be considered a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years’ industrial experience in a similar position.
  • Experience within the fire suppression industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian.
  • Knowledge of regional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, thorough and proficient at multitasking.

Regional Business Development Manager - Iran

Our Company is the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of the patented FirePro, Condensed Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Systems. We are a market leader with a worldwide distributors’ network and exports to more than 70 countries, having its Head Offices in Cyprus.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking to recruit a confident, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our highflying team of exceptional Business Development professionals for our business in IRAN. The position will be based in Teheran, Iran.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out a market analysis of Iran and submit an annual business plan and sales targets for the important market segments.
• Identify new distribution channels in Iran.
• Work with our Distributor in Iran to evaluate the market and identify new market segments and target new clients.
• Work closely with our Exclusive Distributor in Iran to develop and implement strategic sales plan.
• Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities.
• Track and record sales targets of channel partners and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Initiate and complete proposals and presentations to capture profitable business opportunities.
• Maintain an excellent client relationship with Distributor and channel partners.
• Submit daily progress reports to Senior Management.
• Train and support channel partners in order to maximize sales.
• Travel within Iran to support channel partners and facilitate new business.
• Be technically proficient in our systems and technology, as well as all other competitive fire suppression systems.


Qualifications & Competencies:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably from an English speaking University. An MBA qualification will be considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ industrial experience in a similar position, within the Fire suppression industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Farsi languages.
• Client-focused with strong Relationship Management skills.
• Demonstrate credibility, integrity and professionalism.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business and commercial acumen.
• Highly organized, thorough and proficient at multitasking.
• Flexible, resourceful and possess a thirst for continuous learning.

• Iranian Nationality - Holder of Iranian passport - Able to travel abroad.
