Visit to Indonesia and Singapore 2016

The FirePro Team traveled to Indonesia and Singapore to conduct a 2-day Technical Training, as well as visit with FirePro partners in these regions.

The first stop was to the facilities of FirePro Partner PT. Matur Nuwun Nusantara in Jakarta, Indonesia for an in-house training session. This was aimed at engineers and sales managers with various backgrounds from various segments within the Indonesian fire industry.

FirePro Senior Technical Manager, Loucas Michaelides, and Business Development Manager, Iwan Hasnan, were on hand to present the FirePro product lines, solutions, designs and applications. The Technical Training centered mainly on Extinguishing Systems design, solutions and applications.

Both Mr. Michaelides and Mr. Hasnan then followed up with a visit to FirePro partners in Singapore. Meeting with partners from Hochiki Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (HAP), including Mr. Juan Tamura, President; Mr. Doan Duy Quant, Sales Manager; and Mr. Nah Hock Liang, Sales Engineer, the FirePro team discussed a variety of topics and addressed commercial, operational and technical issues.

A visit to FirePro Partner Federal Fire Engineering Pte. Ltd. then followed, with meetings with Mr. Quek Cheng Hock, Managing Director and Mr. Benjamin Chan, Sales & Project Engineer at Federal Fire Engineering Pte. Ltd. The meetings comprised of discussions relating to technical matters, including an overview of FirePro solutions which can help address the needs of the transport industry with the provision of efficient and effective fire protection for buses, cars, ships and electrical panels.
