We are happy to inform everyone involved directly and indirectly with the Marine industry that   has recently received the MED Approval 'WHEELMARK' and is in full compliance with the IMO/MSC.1/Circ 1270 and Marine Equipment Directive (MED) 96/98/EC, as amended, and last amended by Directive 2009/26/EC.
 
The MED Approval covers Passenger Cruise Liners, Cargo and other Commercial Ships, Tankers of unlimited gross tonnage, Off-Shore Oil Platforms and other types of vessels falling under IMO jurisdiction. The Approval covers protection of Machinery Spaces of Category A according to SOLAS 74 Chapter 2, Regulation 32 & 34.
