Detektor International Award

The Detektor International Award in Hungary intends to reward and encourage research and development within the security technology field. The prize is a confirmation and a recognition of products that stand up to the criteria of outstanding innovations and contributions to the advancement of the industry. After a nomination, Detektor’s jury from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Taiwan, UK and USA picks out only 12 products and give their votes.

The overall winner in their respective category receives the "Best Product Award" which is the glass sculpture on the left, specially designed by the world famous glass designer Bertil Vallien. For FirePro, this prize is a confirmation and a recognition of our products outstanding innovation and contribution to the advancement of the security industry. We have proudly received the award in Budapest, Hungary.
